Prepares annual workplan based on the Management Plan and State Master Plan in coordination with Helen Reef Resources Management (HRRM) and the Office of the Governor. Prepares annual budget based on the annual workplan in coordination with the State of Finance Office. Submits annual workplan with the annual budget to PAN Fund Office upon approval from the office of the Governor. Implements the annual workplan on a daily basis, Prepares PAN quarterly reports, and serve as the point of contact between the State and PAN Fund Office. Prepare, submit, and implement annual action plans to partner agencies. Seek for available funds to supplemental funding for important programs such as biological monitoring and major improvements of facilities. Coordinate with the Office of the Governor in all matters. SALARY: $12,476-$16,017 COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE.
