Adept at handling guest inquiries, managing safety procedures, and adapting to dynamic situations. Possess deep knowledge of local dive sites, marine ecology, and emergency response protocols. Known for a calm, outgoing personality and a passion for delivering memorable, eco-conscious underwater experiences.
Assist the Cruise Director with planning and execution of guest activities, entertainment, and social events. Manages guest relations, announcements, and assists with dive briefings.
