Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure the kitchen operates within the established budget. Handle and resolve any kitchen-related issues, including staff concerns or customer complaints, in a professional manner. Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring they are performing their duties according to food safety regulations and standards.
