Job Description

Supervise and support sales associates in providing expert advise on outboard motors and related marine products. Oversee inventory levels of outboard motors, accessories, and related marine equipment. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies. Coordinate with suppliers for timely ordering, receiving, and stocking of products. Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and after-sales support. Prepare reports on sales and inventory metrics, and use data for process improvements. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines. May include other related works as required
