The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in some field that shows education is important to him/her. Must be a Team Player with good communication skills and possess knowledge of both Palau and global tourist attractions. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Physically fit and able to work outdoors. Previous experience preferred. Above all, we require an honest, trustworthy, and smart professional who brings an upbeat, positive attitude and collaborates seamlessly across teams.
EmeralDreams I Palau Blue Team is seeking a Professional Tour Guide to conduct guided land and ocean tours for visitors, including boat trips, scuba diving, kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkeling activities. Must have at least five (5) years of experience in the tourism industry of Palau as a Tour Guide, scuba diver, and be able to provide information about Palau's culture, history, and natural environment. Assist and supervise tourist to ensure safety and deliver high-quality customer service. Assist with marketing / promotional activities.
