Operations Manager
Must have at least two (2) years of experience of said position. Must be reliable, hardworking, and flexible to any assigned jobs. Can communicate well and can work with less supervision.
Coordinating the order and delivery of materials to job sites. Facilitating site planning meetings. Tracking company resource usage. Identifying project risks and proposing solutions. Dispatching subcontractors and equipment. Measuring and managing client satisfaction. Facilitating weekly operating meetings, coordinating equipment maintenance and keeping track of vendor pricing. MAY INCLUDE OTHER RELATED WORKS AS REQUIRED.
