Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using maintenance management software and other computer applications. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance, repairs and upkeep, team leadership, budget management, vendor relations, compliance and safety, and emergency response.
