Must have two (2) years of experience in said position. Must be reliable, hardworking and flexible. Can work with less supervision.
Carry out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs. Cleaning the building. Gardening and performing landscape duties or supervising others in these roles. MAY INCLUDE OTHER RELATED WORKS AS REQUIRED.
