Prime responsibility is to gather and wash dishes when guest leave as well as cleaning and maintenance duties around the kitchen. They are required to clean and supervise countertops and assist cook in organizing the kitchen. They work as helping hands where sweeping floors is concerned and also help with equipment maintenance. Once the dishwasher has washed dishes, they are required to ensure that the dishes are dry and stacked in a neat manner. Dishwashers are also to take out garbage when they are not involved in dishwashing activities. Assist kitchen staff with food preparation duties when needed. SALARY: $5/HOUR OR NEGOTIABLE BASED ON QUALIFICATIONS.
