Strong knowledge of accounting standards, donor compliance, and financial reporting. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications. Proficient in English.

Job Description

Oversees financial operations, ensuring with organizational policies, donor requirements, and national regulations. Provides leadership in financial planning, reporting, and monitoring to support effective decision making and sustainable resource management within Palau Red Cross Society.
