Requirements

With at least two (2) years of work experience in Pastry and Bakery in hotel operations. Knowledge of Pastry/Bakery techniques and methods. Has the ability to work in a fast paced work environment. Must have a good working attitude, is trustworthy and can work under pressure.

Job Description

Responsible in preparing food for cooking/baking and mixing/storing food according to the recipe. Must also present the food with quality standards and manage the food preparation checklist. To monitor the inventory of control wastage and stock movements. Ensure the maintenance of kitchen and compliance of food safety and hygiene standards. Follow the hotel’s rules and regulations as well as standard procedures.
