Job Description

- Responsible in preparation of food/setting up and plating of cooked foods - to monitor, inventory of control wastage and stocks movements - Ensure the maintenance of kitchen and the compliance of food safety, quality and hygiene standards - Follow the hotel's rules and regulation, policies & standard procedures
