Process accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and issue customer invoices and receipts. Verify supplier invoices and payment documentation. Maintain petty cash records and perform regular reconciliations. Track inventory related financial transactions and investigate discrepancies. Prepare basic financial reports and schedules. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Install, maintain, and repair water supply, drainage, and piping systems. Read and follow plumbing plans and specifications. Troubleshoot and repair leaks, blockages and plumbing issues.
