Assists the Sous Chef with meal preparation, kitchen operations, and maintaining galley hygiene.
Professional culinary qualifications and experience in a high-volume kitchen. Experience planning and preparing menus for diverse dietary needs. Strong leadership skills for managing galley staff. Ability to work efficiently in a small galley space.
Manages the galley, prepares meals for guests and crew, and ensures adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
Boat handling license with experience operating skiffs. Excellent knowledge of the dive sites and local waters. Strong safety awareness and ability to follow captain's instructions. Customer service focus and ability to ensure guest comfort and enjoyment.
Operate the skiff to transport divers to dive sites and assist with guest activities.
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Physically fit and able to perform manual labor. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Supports the engineering team with routine maintenance tasks, cleaning, and equipment operation.
Second or Third Engineer's license (depending on position). Experience working on marine diesel engines and auxiliary equipment. Proactive and meticulous with a strong work ethic. Ability to learn quickly and take direction fostering a positive work environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Assists the Chief Engineer with maintenance, repairs, and operation of onboard machinery.
Chief Engineer's license or certificate with experience on similar sized vessels. In-depth knowledge of marine diesel engines, generators, and other onboard systems. Experience managing and supervising engineer staff. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
The Chief Engineer oversees the maintenance and operation of the vessel's engines, mechanical systems, and electrical equipment.
Mate's or equivalent certificate. Experience standing watch on liveaboard vessels. Good knowledge of navigation and meteorology. Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.
The second officer supports the Captain and Chief Officer with watchkeeping, navigation, and guest relations.
Officer of the Watch (OW) certification with experience on liveaboard vessels. Strong knowledge of safety procedures and emergency protocols. Experience conducting safety briefings and drills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in operating deck equipment and tenders (skiffs).
The Chief Officer assists the captain in all operational aspects of the vessel. They are responsible for deck operations, safety drills, and guests' disembarkation/embarkation.
