DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for maintenance/repairs and installations for high voltage electrical lightings and outlets. • Maintain generator operation • Maintain hamlet streetlights, basketball courts lights, and government structures lights • Estimate all new electrical installations on State Government buildings and offices • Maintain and repair electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, fixtures, etc. • Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components. • Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustments • Repair and ensure compliance with codes. • Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures • Utilizing testing devices such as voltmeters to ensure conformance to building and safety codes. • Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures • Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and appropriate building wiring and safety codes. • Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures. • Coordinate structural, electrical, mechanical designs and determine a method of presentation in order to graphically represents building plans • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: • Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary. • Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheet and other data. • Layout and plan interior room arrangements for commercial buildings, using computer assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software • Supervise, coordinate, and inspect the work of draftsperson, technicians, and technologists on construction projects; • Represent architect on construction site, ensuring builder compliance with design specifications and advising on design corrections, under architect’s supervision. • Check dimensions of materials to be used and assign numbers to lists of materials. • Determine procedures and instructions to be followed, according to design specifications and quantity of required materials; • Create freehand drawings and lettering to accompany drawings; • Prepare colored drawings of landscape and interior design for presentation to client. • Reproduce drawings on copy machines or trace copies of plans and drawings, using transparent paper or cloth, ink, pencil, and standard drafting instruments; • Prepare cost estimates, contract, bidding documents and technical reports for specific projects under an architects’ supervision; • Calculate heat loss and gain of buildings and structures to determine required equipment specifications, following standard procedures. • Build landscape, architectural and display models. • Analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural design; • Operate computer-aided drafting equipment or conventional drafting station to produce designs, working drawings, charts, forms and records. • Coordinate structural, electrical and mechanical designs and determine a method of presentation in order to graphically represents building plans • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for operating many different types of heavy equipment, including front end loaders, motor graders, excavator, bulldozers, backhoes, scrapers and more; • Follow safety regulations for operating heavy equipment at all times. • Secure sites before and after any heavy equipment operating work. • Reports daily status of any heavy equipment operating work to Senior Heavy Equipment Operator • Operate heavy equipment including running, maneuvering, navigating and driving; • Inspect heavy equipment including structures and materials; identifies causes of errors and other problems or defects • Review information related to heavy equipment • Identifying information including categorizing, estimating and recognizing differences or similarities in heavy equipment • Detect changes in events and plan accordingly • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

JOB DESCRIPTION An HVAC Technician, or a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Technician, installs and repairs various air quality systems include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting warranty services and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES • Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. • Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. • Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components. • Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes. • Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system • Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes. • Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes. • Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. • Assemble pipe sections, tubing and fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing and welding equipment. • Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks • Review blueprints and building codes and specifications to determine work details and procedures. • Study building plans and inspect structures to assess material and equipment needs, to establish the sequence of pipe installations, and to plan installation around obstructions such as electrical wiring. • Locate and mark the position of pipe installations, connections, passage holes, and fixtures in structures, using measuring instruments such as rulers and levels. • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe to required angle, using hand and power tools or machines such as pipe cutters, pipe-threading machines, and pipe-bending machines. • Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers and water heaters, and fixtures such as sinks and toilets, using hand and power tools. • Repair and maintain plumbing, replacing defective washers, replacing or mending broken pipes, and opening clogged drains. • Perform business management duties such as maintaining records and files, preparing reports and ordering supplies and equipment. • Supervise all utility technicians in their daily work. • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
