Control the registration, custody, inventory, movement and handover of project materials, equipment and assets, ensuring that quantities, condition and location remain complete and traceable. This role controls physical items, quantities, locations, condition and movement records. It does not perform technical acceptance, select suppliers, negotiate prices, execute contracts, approve procurement or account for depreciation. Items, pricing, buyers and terms for inventory resale require approval from the Project Manager and an authorized company representative.
- Overall responsibility in maintaining merchandise records of received, transferred, or issued - Maintain stock status reports - Check stock on hand with quantities on stock status reports - Prepare reports on damaged, short-received & expired merchandises as well as other related work
