PROVIDES DAY TO DAY LEADERSHIP AND DIRECTION BY MAXIMIZING FINANCIAL RETURNS, DRIVING DEVELOPMENT OF PEOPLE, CREATING AND MAINTAINING A UNIQUE GUEST EXPERIENCE, EXECUTING ON BRAND STANDARDS, AND BUILDING AWARENESS OF HOTEL AND BRAND IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.
