Requirements

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marine transport with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role in luxury hospitality establishment. Strong understanding of marine transport of logistics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and flexibility to work.

Job Description

Manage and coordinate all marine transport activities, including vessel scheduling, cargo loading, unloading, and routing. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international maritime regulations. Monitor the performance of vessels and crews, including compliance with operational and safety standards.
