With at least 4-6 years working experienced as Asst. F&B manager in a restaurant hotel. Possess a strong leadership skills, excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills. Has the ability to work under pressure, flexible and do multi-task. Knowledge of different markets & ensures up to date awareness & strategies of competitive environment. College graduate of tourism and hospitality management/or any related course.

Responsible in monitoring and directing the whole F&B operations, cost control, budgeting, planning, sales forecasting, & managing all functions, banquet and events. Execute training of staff & implement the ONHM F&B service standard. Oversee and supervisee all staffs schedule, daily tasks, training and work performances in accordance to hotel standards.
