Job Description

A Quantity Surveyor (QS) is responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. QS assess project costs, check the progress claim of sub-contractor. QS prepare the letter regarding the project issue to the Consultant, sub-contractor and Authority etc. A CAD Operator is responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans used in construction. Cad Operator use CAD software to convert concepts, sketches, or specifications provided by engineers, architects, or designers into accurate 2D or 3D models.
