Must have a least 2-3 years comprehensive working knowledge in all areas of Front Office, Reservations and Guest/Customer service, must have excellent communication skills both in spoken and written English, additional language skills (Mandarin or Japanese) is a plus, knowledge in Opera/Hotel Lodging system and MS Office is an advantage. At least High School graduate or equivalent.

Assist in the smooth operation of the assigned department and to achieve maximum guest satisfaction by adhering to the standard services of the Hotel, assist in picking up and dropping off guests to/from airport. May be assigned in Front Office, Reservations and other guest-related departments.
