Engineering Supervisor
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related field
- Minimum of 4–5 years of engineering or technical maintenance experience.
- Prior experience in marine, yacht, hospitality, or facility operations is required.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and generator systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering-related software tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Engineering in the maintenance, operation, and repair of engines, generators, and electrical systems. The role includes assisting in troubleshooting technical issues, conducting routine inspections, preparing necessary tools and materials, and supporting repair and maintenance activities. The position also ensures proper documentation of maintenance work, monitors system conditions, and helps ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
