Project Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional Architecture or Engineering license is preferred.
- Mandarin/Chinese language proficiency is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in hotel development or large-scale building construction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, project scheduling software, and construction documentation management.
- Strong knowledge of construction coordination, project scheduling, budgeting, and site operations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and conduct regular field/site inspections.
- Flexible to work extended hours when project deadlines or construction activities require.
- Monthly salary: USD 3,500 - 4,000/month (depending on experience and qualifications)
The Project Manager will serve as PCCL’s Owner’s Representative for the hotel construction project in Palau. This role is responsible for overseeing daily project coordination, communication, and operational management between the design consultants, contractors, suppliers, and PCCL management.
The Project Manager will ensure the successful execution of the project by monitoring construction progress, managing project timelines, coordinating technical and operational requirements, and maintaining alignment with approved budgets, quality standards, and project objectives.
The position requires a highly organized and proactive professional capable of independently handling project-related decisions and site coordination activities.
