Requirements

Project Development Manager is responsible for driving the successful planning and development of Company's strategic projects and business expansion initiatives. The role ensures that proposed projects are thoroughly evaluated, financially viable, operationally feasible, and compliant with applicable regulatory requirements before implementation.

Job Description

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Hospitality Management, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in business planning, service development support, market research, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. - At least 2 years of experience in project development, real estate, hospitality development, or construction-related planning roles. - Strong experience coordinating with consultants, government agencies, and regulatory bodies for permits, approvals, and project requirements, with solid capability in financial analysis and project budgeting for executive-level decision-making.
