Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent to some training in customer service with no less than one year of experience of work- related tasks. Must have good communication skills and interpersonal skills. Should have some bookkeeping skills for filing and recording management tasks.

Job Description

Employee will provide quality customer service to customers in receiving laundry and handling laundry. Employee will wash, dry, iron, fold or hang clothes. They will maintain proper management of equipment and machinery. Maintain consistent cleanliness and order of working area. They will receive and give phone calls to notify customers to pick up their clean clothes. As well as receive calls from other business servers. They should perform bookkeeping of all records and tasks appropriately given by their supervisors. Other duties and responsibilities necessary will be asked by their supervisors for other work-related tasks.
