Requirements

Experienced PADI Divemaster with a strong background in dive tourism and hospitality. Recognized for exceptional communication, guest service, and adaptability in fast-changing environments. Brings in-depth knowledge of Dive operations, marine ecology, and local sites, along with advanced underwater navigation, buoyancy control and emergency response skills. Committed to creating fun, safe, and eco-conscious diving experiences with a calm, personable, and professional presence.

Job Description

Leads guided dives for certified divers, ensuring safety, enjoyment, and adherence to dive plans and procedures. Provides briefing on dive sites, marine life, and safety protocols. Responsible for assisting guests with dive gear, including setting up, rinsing, and proper storage of equipment after dives. Maintains a clean, organized and safe deck at all times. Supports overall dive operations, including tank change, gear maintenance, and enforcing environmental best practices.
