Two (2) years of experience as Maintenance or any related job titles.

Job Description

Perform minor repairs; Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues; Install appliances and equipment; Conduct maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs; Maintain, service, clean and properly store equipment; Inspect and repair all damages to building surfaces; Participate in different projects (e.g. renovations); Report facilities or maintenance for issues. Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
