Requirements

Two (2) years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or any job related to the job title.

Job Description

Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve daily and monthly sales target. Assign staff duties, shifts and daily responsibilities. Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback. Assist customers and handle complaints professionally. Ensure products are properly displayed, priced and stocked. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with the store or warehouse team. Check daily sales, cash collections and POS transactions. Support promotional activities and product launches. Prepare daily and weekly sales report. Ensure store policies, procedures and customer service standards are followed. Perform other duties assigned by the Manager.
