Project Engineer

Requirements

Degree or diploma in architecture, civil engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, or a related discipline. Relevant experience in site construction, design coordination, or project management. Hotel or resort project experience is preferred. Ability to read construction drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents, with working knowledge of RFI's, shop drawings, material submittals and change control procedures. Ability to prepare engineering documents and change control procedures. Ability to prepare engineering documents and communicate effectively in English. Strong site coordination, problem-solving, record keeping, and follow-up skills.

Job Description

Support the Owner's project management team in controlling design changes, site variations, technical deliverables and daily construction activities. The Project Engineer shall help ensure that the Works comply with approved drawings, contractual requirements, and the project schedule. SALARY: $2,500 - $3,000/MONTH DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS.
