Project Accountant
Degree or professional background in accounting, finance, construction management, or a related discipline. Project accounting experience in construction, real estate, or hotel development is preferred. Knowledge of construction payments, consultant fees, advance payments, retention and variation accounts. Strong awareness of construction materials unit rates and market conditions, with the ability to identify abnormal pricing. Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems, with the ability to handle payment and contract documents in English.
Manage all the review, payment, recording, and cost tracking of hotel construction expenditures, ensuring that all payments comply with relevant contracts, approval procedures and company financial controls. SALARY: $2,500-$3,000 / MONTH DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS.
