Requirements

Experience in warehousing, inventory, logistics, fixed assets or construction material control. Ability to maintain complete, accurate and traceable inventory and asset records. Proficiency in Excel; ERP, inventory management or asset management system experience is preferred. Ability to verify purchasing, shipping, receiving and asset documents in English. High integrity, attention to detail and strong numerical, classification and site-control skills. Monthly salary: $2,000-2,500/month depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description

Control the registration, custody, inventory, movement and handover of project materials, equipment and assets, ensuring that quantities, condition and location remain complete and traceable. This role controls physical items, quantities, locations, condition and movement records. It does not perform technical acceptance, select suppliers, negotiate prices, execute contracts, approve procurement or account for depreciation. Items, pricing, buyers and terms for inventory resale require approval from the Project Manager and an authorized company representative.
