Maintenance-General
At least two (2) years of work experience. Must know English language. knowledge of maintenance procedures, knowledge of structures or ground to be maintained and must have knowledge of systems to be maintained. Ability to lift heavy loads, ability to troubleshoot, ability to follow a maintenance schedule, physical agility, manual dexterity, and high school diploma required. Experience strongly preferred.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of site’s business goals and objectives. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties. Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. SALARY: $5.00/PER HOUR OR NEGOTIABLE BASED ON QUALIFICATIONS.
