With work experience as a waitress/cashier in hotels or restaurant. Experience in POS machine. College graduate or equivalent. Computer knowledge and experience in MS Office Programs. Excellent communication skills and with positive interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Greets guests and presents them the menu. Informs guests about the special menu for the day. Suggests food and beverage to the guests and also tries to upsell. Takes food and beverages orders from the guest using the order taking pads or through the POS system. Accepts payments and returns the change. Maintains dining experience by serving delicious food and fulfilling customer needs.
