Farmer
At least two (2) years of experience in farming or agricultural work. They must have basic knowledge of crop cultivation and animal care, as well as an understanding of farm safety and maintenance practices. The role also requires the ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor, along with good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsible for cultivating crops and raising livestock to produce food and other agricultural product. They prepare and maintain the land, plant, nurture crops, feed and care for animals, and ensure the overall health and productivity of the farm. Farmers also maintain a clean, safe, and efficient farming environment.
