Requirements

At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience working as a Sales and Marketing Director in the hotel industry. Has knowledge of budget management, revenue forecasting, market trends, and saving measures. Sourcing of new/other potential customers and business related to earn more revenue. Knowledge in Opera system, OTA operations, and other booking engines. Proficient in Micros Excel, Word, Graphics, PowerPoint, and social media ads application.

Job Description

Responsible in developing plans and strategies to improve and implement rooms and F&B Selling products and services. Do project planning and presenting proposal to top management. Managing the quality standard of al S&M events from customer to customer and business to business approach. Prepare timely reports, sales plans, promotions, PR and advertising to optimal revenue but cost-effective approach. SALARY: $2,500-$2,800/MONTH
