Minimum of at least 2-4 years relevant experience as Room Manager working in a 5-Star hotel. Has experience in Financial Management, Revenue, Problem Solving, Handling guest complaints/VIPs and Project Management. Excellent in communications skills, negotiation skills, budget revenue forecasting, and cost effective measures. Knowledge in Fidelio, Opera System, Micros Excel/Words/Graph, any booking engines, OTA, TA etc. Fluent in English and Japanese writing and speaking (bilingual or multi-lingual). Male-Female, age 35-55. College graduate.

Job Description

Responsible for the overall operations and implementing selling strategies for Rooms Divisions, products, services and amenities. Direct responsible rooms divisions operations, advertisements, revenue enhancement, promotion and other duties that the Top Management directives/instruction. Handles rooms division revenues, operations, ensuring the department employees are align with hotel revenues strategies and hotel standard. Ensure to achieve revenue budget and protection brand image. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-functions and develops budget/policies/procedures to support functional infrastructure. Handling all strategically planning and launching new products or services while insuring customer satisfaction and achieve the optimal level of revenue. Knowledgeable with different market segmentation, market trends, competitor's updates and comparison data and analysis. Excellent in communication skills, negotiation skills, budge revenue forecasting and cost effective measures. implement the macro-management to enhance staff potential to grow the train staff.
