Job Description

Responsible in preparing food for cooking & baking, including mixing and storing food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, and food preparations checklist. To monitor, inventory of control wastage and stocks movements ensure the maintenance of kitchen and compliance of food safety, quality and hygiene standards. Follow the hotel's rules & regulations, policies & standard procedures.
