Requirements

・Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in bridge construction or civil infrastructure projects. ・Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role on-site is often required. ・Knowledge of bridge construction methods, materials, and safety practices. ・Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. ・Familiarity with surveying, leveling, and quality control processes. ・Strong communication and leadership skills.　Problem-solving ability and decisiveness.

Job Description

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to bridge construction. Ensures that work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to plans, specifications, and quality standards. Supervises site workers, monitors progress, manages resources, and communicates with engineers, consultant, and local authorities to ensure timely project completion. Inspection of each work activities.
