-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field -Extensive experience in marine, yacht, hospitality, facility, or large-scale operational environments is required including leadership or managerial responsibilities. -Advanced knowledge of electrical, mechanical, generator, HVAC, plumbing, and technical systems. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering maintenance systems/software. -Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and decision-making skills. -Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written. -Ability to manage teams, contractors, and cross-functional operational requirements in a multicultural environment.

Job Description

The Chief Engineer is responsible for the overall management, operation, maintenance, and technical supervision of all engineering systems, machinery, generators, electrical infrastructure, and mechanical equipment. The role oversees the Engineering Department, ensures operational reliability and safety compliance, manages preventive maintenance programs, and provides strategic technical leadership for marine, hospitality, and facility operations.
