- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field. - Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, procurement, logistics, or construction administration. - Experience handling overseas shipments, customs clearance, import processing, or supplier coordination is preferred. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal. - Mandarin/Chinese language skills are an advantage but not required. - Monthly salary: USD 2,000 -2,500/month (depending on experience and qualifications)

Job Description

The Project Support and Procurement Coordinator will support the Project Manager in the daily coordination and administration of the hotel construction project in Palau and assist with project scheduling, budget tracking, documentation, reporting, procurement coordination, and overall project administration. The position will also serve as the main coordinator for overseas shipments, customs clearance, and import processing of construction materials and project-related items.
