Requirements

- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. - With three (3) to four (4) years of experience as a MIS Manager in a hotel industry. - Fluent in English speaking and writing. - With high level of integrity and transparency. - With strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. - Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications. - Knowledgeable in payroll/audit systems operations. - Knowledgeable in opera cloud and micros system specifically in rooms/reservation, F&B operations/cashiering set up, pricing and system controls.

Job Description

- Establish and maintain hotel's computer system program/application, system upgrades and troubleshooting. - Provides system support services to all departments/division. - Provides direction for the IT department, running regular checks on network system and data security. - Developing and implementing IT policy and best practices for the hotel.
