Requirements

- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. - With at least two (2) to three (3) years of experience in MIS operation in the hotel industry/related field. - Excellent communication skills in English & Mandarin, both verbal and written. - Knowledgeable in computer specs installation, trouble shooting, repair and maintenance. - Knowledgeable in payroll and audit system, Accounting, F&B operation system-Cashiering, set-up new items, pricing and system control and security and safe internet connections. -With strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - With good working attitude and communication skills. Flexible and trustworthy.

Job Description

- Establish and maintain hotel's computer system program/application, system upgrades and troubleshooting. - Provides technical support services to all department/divisions, hardware and software problems, provides running regular checks on network system and data security. - Developing and implementing IT policy and best practices for the hotel.
