Requirements

- With at least two (2) years of experience as Waitress/Waiter in a hotel industry. - Has a strong background in F&B hotel and restaurant operation/banqueting by setting up, stocking and cleaning stations. Replenish food/drinks, provides customer inquiries about menu items and a positive dining experience to the guest/s. - With excellent communication skills both in oral and writing. - Honest, dedicated, has the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and can work in a shifting schedule. - With pleasing personality and good character.

Job Description

- Handling F&B outlet operations, hotel events, and functions. - Welcoming the guests, taking orders of the guests with accuracy and high standards. - Upselling of food and beverages creating exceptional guest dining experience.
