JOB DESCRIPTION An HVAC Technician, or a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Technician, installs and repairs various air quality systems include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting warranty services and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES • Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. • Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. • Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components. • Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes. • Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system • Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes. • Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes. • Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. • Assemble pipe sections, tubing and fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing and welding equipment. • Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks • Review blueprints and building codes and specifications to determine work details and procedures. • Study building plans and inspect structures to assess material and equipment needs, to establish the sequence of pipe installations, and to plan installation around obstructions such as electrical wiring. • Locate and mark the position of pipe installations, connections, passage holes, and fixtures in structures, using measuring instruments such as rulers and levels. • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe to required angle, using hand and power tools or machines such as pipe cutters, pipe-threading machines, and pipe-bending machines. • Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers and water heaters, and fixtures such as sinks and toilets, using hand and power tools. • Repair and maintain plumbing, replacing defective washers, replacing or mending broken pipes, and opening clogged drains. • Perform business management duties such as maintaining records and files, preparing reports and ordering supplies and equipment. • Supervise all utility technicians in their daily work. • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Helping prepare food for market (makit) and bento when there is order. Knowledge in handling orders for catering such as knowing how to prepare quotations for customers.

This is a part time job announcement (4hrs a day). Copies, Sorts, Files records related to office activities and business transactions and other matters related to the office.

Responsible in preparing food for cooking & baking, including mixing and storing food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, and food preparations checklist. To monitor, inventory of control wastage and stocks movements ensure the maintenance of kitchen and compliance of food safety, quality and hygiene standards. Follow the hotel's rules & regulations, policies & standard procedures.

Bake cakes, monitoring baking times, and maintaining a clean organized workplace. Front of the house service of bakery, make drinks, maintain clean work environment, and interact with customers.

Responsible in daily operation of the tour. Participates in formulating and administering company policies. Plan company activities and hire/assist staffs.

RESPONSIBLE FOR WELDING AND FABRICATING METAL PARTS AND STRUCTURES, PERFORMING REPAIRS, AND ENSURE THE QUALITY AND PRECISION OF WELDS. DUTIES INCLUDE READING BLUEPRINTS, SETTING UP WELDING EQUIPMENT, AND ADHERING TO SAFETY STANDARDS.
