Job Description
The Project Manager will serve as PCCL’s Owner’s Representative for the hotel construction project in Palau. This role is responsible for overseeing daily project coordination, communication, and operational management between the design consultants, contractors, suppliers, and PCCL management. The Project Manager will ensure the successful execution of the project by monitoring construction progress, managing project timelines, coordinating technical and operational requirements, and maintaining alignment with approved budgets, quality standards, and project objectives. The position requires a highly organized and proactive professional capable of independently handling project-related decisions and site coordination activities.

The position will also serve as the main coordinator for overseas shipments, customs clearance, and import processing of construction materials and project-related items.
