Requirements

REQUIRED: Minimum four (4) to five (5) years of experience in facilities, engineering, mechanical, electrical, building, hotel, restaurant, industrial, or related maintenance. Strong practical troubleshooting and repair skills. Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and carpentry systems. Ability to supervise employees and contractors. Ability to maintain accurate records and maintenance schedules. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to respond to maintenance emergencies when required. PREFERRED: Experience with commercial restaurants, hotels, industrial facilities, or vessels. Marine maintenance experience. Electrical or mechanical trade certification. Welding/fabrication experience. Experience with generators, pumps, refrigeration, or commercial kitchen equipment. Supervisory or management experience. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The position requires the ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and work in confined or mechanical areas. Lift and carry maintenance equipment and supplies. Work outdoors and in varying weather conditions. Work around machinery, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, and other maintenance environments.

Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance, safety, functionality and reliability of PCCL's facilities, buildings, equipment, and operational properties, including the corporate office, staff dormitory, and Sakura Restaurant. The position is responsible for ensuring that facilities, equipment, utilities, and other physical assets are properly maintained, safe, function and available to support daily business operations. The Maintenance Supervisor will establish and monitor appropriate preventive and corrective maintenance practices, proactively identify potential issues, and coordinate timely repairs and technical services to minimize equipment failures, facility-related disruptions, and operational downtime. Salary: $1000 - $1250 /month depending on experience and qualifications.
