- Custody of "CHANGE FUND" - Prepare invoices of merchandise sold Receives payment from customers - Prepare daily cashier's report - Assist in receiving and pricing of merchandise -Filling up bins and cleaning the store when not on cashier duty.

- Able to handle daily recordings of accounting transactions - Summarize & prepare accounting reports - Maintaining adequate accounting information, cashiering, & other related tasks

Establish and maintain files and records to document transactions.

High integrity, attention to detail and strong numerical, classification and site-control skills. Mandarin/Chinese language proficiency is highly preferred. Control the registration, custody, inventory, movement and handover of project materials, equipment and assets, ensuring that quantities, condition and location remain complete and traceable. This role controls physical items, quantities, locations, condition and movement records. It does not perform technical acceptance, select suppliers, negotiate prices, execute contracts, approve procurement or account for depreciation. Items, pricing, buyers and terms for inventory resale require approval from the Project Manager and an authorized company representative.
