Job Description
The Chief Officer assists the captain in all operational aspects of the vessel. They are responsible for deck operations, safety drills, and guests' disembarkation/embarkation.

The captain is ultimately responsible for the safety and security of the vessel, crew, and guests. They oversee all aspects of the ship's operation, navigation, and ensure compliance with maritime regulations. Choose routes, manage the crew duties and process ship documentation.
